How long does delivery take?

CBD and Westlands orders are delivered within 1–2 hours. Inner Nairobi takes 2–4 hours, outer Nairobi 3–5 hours, and satellite towns like Rongai, Ngong, and Kitengela take 4–8 hours. We deliver Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm.
How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to CBD, Westlands, Parklands, Upper Hill and Hurlingham is FREE. Inner Nairobi zones cost KSh 150–250. Outer Nairobi costs KSh 250–350. Satellite towns cost KSh 350–600. The exact fee is shown when you select your zone at checkout.
How do I pay via M-PESA?

At checkout, select M-PESA and enter your Safaricom number. After placing the order, you'll receive an STK push notification on your phone. Enter your PIN to complete payment. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
Can I order a custom design?

Absolutely! Visit our Custom Design page, fill in your brief, and upload any reference images. Our designer will create a mockup within 2 hours. You can chat back and forth until you're 100% happy before we print.
What fabrics do you use?

Our standard tees are 100% ring-spun cotton, 180–200gsm. Hoodies are 320gsm cotton-polyester blend. Polo shirts are piqué cotton. All fabrics are pre-shrunk and prints are heat-set for long lasting colour.
Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 7 days for unworn items in original condition. Size exchanges are free. Custom printed items can only be returned if there is a print defect. WhatsApp us to initiate a return.
Do you do bulk / corporate orders?

Yes! We love bulk orders. Minimum is 10 pieces for bulk pricing. We do corporate polos, event t-shirts, school uniforms, and branded merch. WhatsApp us with your requirements for a quote.
How do I track my order?

Go to Track Order and enter your order number (starts with TK-). You'll see the live status of your order. You'll also receive WhatsApp updates when your order is dispatched.
What sizes do you stock?

T-shirts and hoodies come in XS through XXXL. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements. We also do custom sizing for bulk orders — just mention it when ordering.
Can I wash my printed t-shirt in a machine?

Yes! Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold water (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry on low or air dry. This keeps the print vibrant for longer.
